Hip-hop producer extraordinaire Metro Boomin had an unexpected and harrowing experience in Miami waters when a luxury yacht he reportedly rented went up in flames, creating a dramatic scene early Sunday morning.
The fiery incident occurred around 3:30 AM as the 95-foot vessel docked near a strip club, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. The massive blaze ignited shortly after the yacht arrived, with its size and fuel load complicating efforts to contain the fire.
Local reports from Local10 suggest that Metro Boomin had rented the lavish yacht, which was carrying 10 guests—presumably including the producer—and five crew members at the time. All passengers were forced to evacuate as flames engulfed the vessel.
