In a recent sneak peek from his forthcoming appearance on Drink Champs, Method Man, a prominent figure in New York’s rap scene, took the opportunity to share an unexpected and eye-opening tidbit about his past association with the late Big L. This revelation offers a glimpse into the wild and storied history of the Wu-Tang Clan during their earlier years.
During the interview, Method Man was presented with a rather challenging dilemma: choosing between The Notorious B.I.G. and Big L. Unimpressed by the question, Method Man veered off the expected path and left the hosts and viewers astounded with a revelation from his past.
“Check this, right: Big L used to sell me my wet,” he revealed, leaving N.O.R.E. visibly bewildered. “Big L used to sell me angel dust, n***a.”
N.O.R.E., the host of Drink Champs, couldn’t hide his astonishment, admitting, “By the way, I’m not gonna lie to you, I think that’s the first time I’ve ever been shocked like that on Drink Champs.” Method Man, on the other hand, appeared to find the situation rather amusing.
After the initial shock of his confession subsided, Method Man eventually responded to the original question by saying, “With that being said, both.”
