In a recent interview with VladTV on September 9, Math Hoffa didn’t hold back when discussing the collaboration between Kodak Black and controversial rapper 6ix9ine on their track “Shaka Laka.” Hoffa expressed his disapproval of the collaboration, labeling Kodak Black as a sellout for partnering with the “GUMMO” artist.
The hip-hop commentator and battle rapper was candid in his critique of the song and its significance in the industry. Math Hoffa’s opinion on the matter was unequivocal.
Hoffa remarked, “Integrity for sale,” he remarked. “You put this image out there, and your art is a representation of you. I kinda agree with Boosie on this. You sold your ass for a million dollars.”
He continued by emphasizing the gravity of compromising one’s principles for financial gain, stating, “Like, somebody could come to you with a price and probably have some fun with you in a dark room. You know what I mean? It’s fucked up. But if you stand for something, you stand on it. I don’t give a fuck what type of money is offered. You stand on it.”
