Lil Scrappy is ready to lace up the gloves and step into the ring, and he’s got his sights set on fellow rapper Boosie Badazz for an epic showdown. The “Love & Hip Hop” star recently floated the idea of a boxing match with Boosie, saying it would be a fight fans wouldn’t want to miss.
The playful challenge came during an Instagram Live session after the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight captivated the internet over the weekend. Inspired by the high-energy event, Scrappy shared his thoughts on who he’d want to face in the ring, and Boosie’s name came up.
“I wouldn’t do that to Mike, though,” Scrappy joked, referring to heavyweight legend Mike Tyson. “I’d be like, ‘Mike, pick somebody else for me. Let me trash one of these other dudes.’ I think I might have to go after Boosie. I think me and Boosie the same height and everything.”
Scrappy doubled down on the idea, confident that the match would bring excitement to fans. “I think me and Boosie’ll give the people what they wanna see. I’d light a dude up!” he exclaimed. “I can’t wait to duff somebody. Anybody! I don’t care who it is. Just pick somebody. You see these paws, boy.”
