In a recent sit-down with Complex, Latto paid homage to The Notorious K.I.M., acknowledging the legendary rapper’s massive influence on the genre. Latto’s close friend, Brooklyn Nikole—who has also caught the eye of Drake—didn’t hold back either, confidently declaring that her bestie Latto is the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time).
But Latto, who’s still riding the wave of success from her latest album “Sugar Honey Iced Tea,” is keeping it real. While she’s proud of her accomplishments, she humbly admits that Lil Kim is still ahead of her in the rap hierarchy.
