Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick are being sued for a massive fake lottery scam, where they allegedly never paid out any prizes.
TMZ obtained the class action lawsuit that allegedly said that Kim and Scott created a lottery where the winner would get $100,000 and 2 first-class tickets to L.A. The winner would also get a 3-night stay in Bev Hills where they could “shop like Kim Kardashian, according to Barstool Sports.
It all boils down to the fact that the so-called lottery was for the celebrities to work with an Australian company, also being sued, to sell personal information to advertisers.
The suit claims Scott and his IG organized the lottery, and various influencers promoted it, including Kim, Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenners, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Sofia Richie, Gretchen Christine Rossi, and Christine Quinn.
The Lawsuit claims that the plaintiffs want $20 million from each defendant. Will they win or at least get a settlement? We will just have to wait and see.
