Kevin Hart found himself on the receiving end of an odd question when paparazzi brought up a resurfaced video of him and Diddy. The clip, from a 2010 party celebrating Diddy’s Last Train to Paris album, recently went viral again amid the music mogul’s legal issues.
As Hart and his wife Eniko Hart were heading to dinner in West Hollywood, a paparazzo from Entertainment Tonight caught up with him, asking: “Hey Kev, when you hosted for Diddy, did you catch any baby oil?”
Clearly unimpressed, the comedian shut it down quickly, saying: “You’re asking the wrong person the wrong question, man.”
The bizarre question refers to the resurfaced footage of a party Hart hosted for Diddy years ago, which featured some wild moments, including one where a woman’s hair caught fire in a bathtub.
The event, held in a New York hotel room and livestreamed online, had plenty of meme-worthy moments, including Diddy reminiscing about “wrestling” Usher over cereal.
With Diddy now facing serious legal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, the resurfaced footage has gained new attention. However, Kevin Hart made it clear that he’s not interested in revisiting the details, staying tight-lipped when asked if he thinks Diddy is “safe in jail.”
For now, it looks like Hart is staying far away from Diddy-related drama and focusing on his own life.
