Joe Exotic is roaring mad… and this time, it’s not about tigers. The former “Tiger King” star erupted on social media after Donald Trump granted a pardon to reality TV couple Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted of federal bank fraud and tax evasion in 2022.
While the Chrisleys walk free after serving time from their combined 19-year sentence, Joe Exotic remains locked up… and he’s furious.
In a fiery press statement posted to X (formerly Twitter), Exotic slammed Trump, writing, “I have never been more disappointed in my life. President Trump is out here pardoning people who actually committed crimes, and I’m still sitting in prison as an innocent man.”
He didn’t hold back in a follow-up tweet either: “I guess being innocent isn’t enough in America anymore.”
The Netflix docuseries star also accused the White House of turning a blind eye to what he claims is clear evidence of perjury showcased in Season 2 of Tiger King. According to him, the entire world knows he’s innocent… except the one place that matters most: the Oval Office.
Despite once campaigning for a Trump pardon during the former president’s time in office, Joe Exotic says he feels betrayed, ignored, and unjustly forgotten.
