A Houston-area deputy is making headlines… and facing serious scrutiny… after a bold TikTok post landed her in hot water. Deputy Jennifer Escalera of Harris County Constable Precinct 5 is currently under internal investigation after sharing a video jokingly threatening to write everyone a ticket because, according to the caption, she “didn’t get any action” the night before.
In the now-deleted video, Escalera is seen in full uniform, sitting in her patrol vehicle with her name badge clearly visible. She pulls out a notepad while a caption flashes across the screen: “Din’t [sic] get cracked last night so everyone is getting a ticket.” The clip quickly went viral before being scrubbed from her TikTok account.
Public Information Officer Jeff McShan confirmed to TMZ that Escalera remains on active duty while the investigation unfolds.

This isn’t Escalera’s first viral moment. Her TikTok feed features “Get Ready With Me” videos where she glamorizes her police routine… showing off her makeup looks before suiting up with her gun and utility belt.
While some viewers are slamming her for unprofessional and immature behavior, calling the content disrespectful to the badge, others have taken a more playful tone… flooding her comments with flirtatious remarks and cheeky requests to be “arrested.”
