Ozzy Osbourne… the trailblazing voice of Black Sabbath and a true titan of heavy metal… has died at the age of 76, his family confirmed Tuesday morning.
In an emotional statement, the Osbourne family shared… “With hearts full of sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Ozzy this morning. He was surrounded by family, love, and music. We kindly ask for privacy during this time of grieving.”
While the cause of death has not yet been disclosed, the shocking news comes shortly after Ozzy’s monumental reunion performance in Birmingham, England. The concert, dubbed “Back to the Beginning,” marked Black Sabbath’s first full performance in over 20 years… and was described on their official website as Osbourne’s “final bow.”
