Gillie Da King recently sparked some playful banter by sharing a throwback photo featuring Diddy and R. Kelly, hinting at the presence of his colleague Wallo in the background.
In a lighthearted Instagram post on Thursday (March 14), Gillie Da King shared an old snapshot capturing the embattled Bad Boy Records founder and the controversial R&B artist mingling at a party.
In the corner of the frame, there appears to be someone resembling Wallo, Gillie’s co-host from Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast.
The photo seems to date back to the late 1990s, presumably taken during the filming of Diddy and Kelly’s “Satisfy You” music video.
Accompanying the image, Gillie added a playful caption, questioning Wallo’s unexpected appearance: “What is @wallo267 doing in the back [facepalm emoji] u said u don’t party #PartyAnimal.”
Quick to respond, Wallo denied his involvement in the photo, humorously invoking the famous line, “Shaggy ‘it wasn’t me.'” He commented, “Hold up cuz I was in prison ain’t the time, don’t even try it!”
Undeterred, Gillie continued the jest, suggesting a different timeline, “This was 2017 when u first got out.”
The light-hearted exchange didn’t go unnoticed by the hip-hop community, with notable figures like Meek Mill, Metro Boomin, and Suge Knight’s son joining in with laughing emojis in the comments section.
