Boxing star Gervonta “Tank” Davis is facing a new lawsuit after a woman accused him of violently attacking her at a Miami strip club.
The woman, Courtney Rossel, claims she and Davis had been romantically involved for months before the relationship turned abusive.
In her lawsuit, filed in Miami-Dade County, she alleges Davis dragged, choked, and struck her at Tootsies Cabaret early Monday morning… leaving her bruised and terrified.
Rossel also says Davis sent threatening texts afterward, warning he was coming to her house. Police have confirmed Davis is listed as a suspect in a recent report, though no criminal charges have been announced.
Davis, who’s faced prior domestic violence allegations, has not commented. He’s scheduled to fight Jake Paul in Miami on Nov. 14.
