Fat Joe continues to demonstrate his enduring influence on Hip Hop culture, as evidenced by the star-studded lineup at his latest live show.
On Tuesday (April 2) Fat Joe took center stage at the iconic Apollo Theater in the heart of New York City’s Harlem district for the highly anticipated Fat Joe & Friends concert.
The event witnessed a gathering of rap legends gracing the stage, including 50 Cent, Ghostface Killah, Lil Kim, Ashanti, The LOX, Remy Ma, and State Property, among an array of other notable performers.
The concert, organized to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Fat Joe’s 2004 smash hit “Lean Back,” also showcased electrifying renditions of classics like Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones, Part II” performed by Havoc, Peter Gunz’s “Déjà Vu (Uptown Baby),” Dipset’s “We Fly High (Ballin’),” and a host of other memorable tracks.
The energy and excitement of the evening were palpable as the audience was treated to a nostalgic journey through some of hip-hop’s most iconic anthems, curated by one of the genre’s enduring figures, Fat Joe.
