Elon Musk says he’s once again in full grind mode, pledging to dedicate all his time to his companies after a widespread outage disrupted his social media platform, X, on Saturday.
According to outage-monitoring site Downdetector.com, over 25,000 users in the U.S. reported problems accessing X at the height of the disruption around 8:51 a.m. ET. By late morning, reports had dropped dramatically to under 500 as the platform was mostly restored.
In a follow-up post on X, Musk made it clear that he’s throwing himself completely into his work again. “I’m back to working around the clock… sleeping in server rooms, conference halls, and factories,” he wrote. “Total focus now on X, xAI, Tesla, and next week’s Starship launch. We’re rolling out some of the most critical technologies ever.”
The billionaire entrepreneur is no stranger to extreme work schedules, and this recent recommitment comes as his companies gear up for a string of high-stakes product launches and updates. From AI innovation to rocket missions, Musk appears to be doubling down on his role as the engine behind his empire.
