Drake is making headlines again, and this time it’s for putting his stunning Beverly Hills estate up for sale. TMZ exclusively reported that the Grammy-winning rapper is asking a whopping $88 million for the property, which he purchased just a year ago for $75 million.
Situated in the heart of Beverly Hills, the sprawling 25,000-square-foot mansion boasts seven bedrooms, a library, a screening room, a gym, a game room, and even a garage that can hold up to 11 cars. With its luxurious amenities and prime location, it’s no surprise that the estate is fit for hosting grand parties and events.
Although this may seem like a quick turnaround for Drake, he’s no stranger to the real estate game. Last year, he sold his Hidden Hills mansion for $12 million, proving that flipping houses is a side gig for the multi-talented musician.
Aside from his impressive real estate ventures, Drake is also gearing up for his upcoming “It’s All a Blur” tour, co-headlining with 21 Savage. The tour is set to kick off on June 16th in New Orleans and will continue throughout the summer and fall, wrapping up in his hometown of Toronto on October 7th.
