Mark your calendars… federal records suggest that Sean “Diddy” Combs could walk out of prison earlier than many expected.
According to the Bureau of Prisons, the hip-hop mogul’s projected release date is May 8, 2028. While this is the official estimate, experts note that prison release dates often shift based on good behavior, credit for time served, or other factors. In other words, Diddy’s release could come sooner… or be delayed.
Adding another twist, reports indicate that President Donald Trump is considering a possible pardon, which could drastically alter the timeline.
Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal sentence after being convicted on prostitution charges. He avoided convictions on the more serious allegations of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
For now, he remains at MDC Brooklyn, though he has requested a transfer to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, a facility closer to New York City. A federal judge has already approved the move.
