Conway The Machine delays ‘Won’t He Do It’ Tour due to a leg injury. Renowned rapper Conway The Machine, known for his gritty style, has regrettably postponed his highly anticipated Won’t He Do It Tour due to a severe leg fracture that has temporarily halted his performance aspirations.
In an Instagram announcement on Monday (May 22), Conway shared the unfortunate news with his loyal fans. With only a few days left until the scheduled tour kick-off on May 26 in Chicago, supporters were informed of the unforeseen delay.
In his post, he expressed, “The verdict is in” accompanied by a facepalm emoji. He revealed, “I have sustained a fractured right tibia, a dislocated kneecap, AND managed to drop the album of the year though!”
Addressing the situation sincerely, Conway further stated, “However, those familiar with me understand that nothing brings me more joy than gracing the stage. I must admit, I am deeply disappointed that the WHDi tour must be postponed temporarily, as I was genuinely eager to deliver live performances of the WHDi experience to all of you. Nevertheless, I remain in high spirits and view this setback as a minor obstacle on my journey towards an extraordinary comeback. No cause for distress!”
He reassured ticket holders, saying, “If you have already purchased tickets, they will be honored for the rescheduled dates without a doubt! Stay tuned for further updates throughout this week. I am grateful for the outpouring of love and concern for my well-being. Much love to all of you.”
The tour was organized to promote his latest album, also titled “Won’t He Do It,” released on May 5. The LP boasts collaborations with notable artists such as Westside Gunn, Benny The Butcher, Sauce Walka, Fabolous, Ransom, Juicy J, Dave East, and more.
Behind the scenes, the production features beats by renowned names like Daringer, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Juicy J, and Daniel Cruz, among others.
