Cardi B recently shared her true feelings about living in Atlanta, revealing that she “hated” her time in the city as she navigates her divorce from ATL native Offset.
During an Instagram Live session on Thursday (August 22), Cardi B discussed her living situation, clearing up misconceptions about her residing in Atlanta. The Bronx-born rapper explained that she actually lives in New Jersey with her children and only visits Atlanta a few times a year, despite owning a house there.
“I don’t live in Atlanta. I have a house in Atlanta, but I’m hardly ever there,” Cardi explained. “I tried moving to Atlanta back in 2018 and stayed for about six months, but I hated it. I don’t have any friends or family in Atlanta, so it just didn’t feel like home.”
