Rapper Boosie Badazz recently opened up about a harrowing experience during a solo breakfast session on social media. While sharing his reflections, he recalled moments of peril and narrowly escaping harm.
In a live social media video, Boosie addressed a comment cautioning him against a fate similar to PnB Rock, who met his demise under comparable circumstances. The warning led to the commenter being blocked, prompting Boosie to contemplate life and mortality.
“Accept that when it’s your time to go, you’ll go,” he expressed in the clip, delving into his own encounters with danger. Boosie recounted being in a car that was targeted, with bullets penetrating the side of his window near his face.
Remarkably, he emerged unscathed in two separate instances, emphasizing the notion that fate plays a significant role in such situations.
Aside from these incidents, Boosie was involved in another vehicular shooting in 2020. In November of that year, TMZ reported that Boosie, a native of Baton Rouge, was shot in the leg during a visit to Dallas. While cruising in a sprinter van, someone opened fire on the vehicle, hitting Boosie in the leg.
The assailants swiftly fled the scene, and Boosie, along with his entourage, sought medical attention. He received treatment for a gunshot wound below the knee and was admitted in stable condition.
The rapper later showcased the aftermath of the incident in the music video for “Lost For Words.” The video not only reveals the graphic nature of his injuries but also captures the extensive surgeries required to remove bullet fragments and insert screws into his foot. Additionally, Boosie underwent numerous staples and stitches from his thigh down past his knee.
