Boosie Badazz, the Louisiana rapper known for his run-ins with the law, thought he had finally put his legal troubles behind him last month when a federal gun charge against him was dismissed.
However, his relief was short-lived. Just weeks after celebrating his victory, Boosie revealed that he had been indicted again, allegedly on the same charge and an additional new one.
Understandably frustrated, the rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his anger, specifically targeting federal prosecutor Michael Wheat. “WHY DIDN’T YOU CHARGE ME WITH THAT THE FIRST TIME?” Boosie questioned in his post. “THIS MAN HAS A SERIOUS VENDETTA OF HATE AGAINST ME.”
But Boosie isn’t stopping at just calling out the prosecutor. In a bold move, he recently reached out to both Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump on social media, seeking their help depending on who wins the upcoming election.
“MY CASE GOT DISMISSED FOR A RULING THAT WAS MADE N THE 9th CIRCUIT COURT .2 WEEKS LATER THE RULING GETS VACATED.SMH SOON AS I CELEBRATE THE LAW IS VACATED GTFOH I GOT SOME POWERFUL PEOPLE WHO HATE ME WITH EVERY BONE N THEY BODY. I WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR 10 YEARS FOR 3rd MARIJUANA. FOR BEING A USER LOL NO REHAB ,NO PROBATION SENT STRAIGHT TO PRISON.AT THIS POINT I NEED A PARDEN FROM WHOEVER WINS @VP @realDonaldTrump”
With the odds seemingly stacked against him, Boosie now believes a pardon from the next president might be his only way out, tagging both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump in his post.
