Altanta-based rapper Hoodrich Pablo Juan was sentenced to 15 years in his RICO case. Hoodrich was signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Eskimo label but was arrested on RICO charges connected with a larger gang-related investigation.
Hoodrich and others face 92 counts of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 59 counts of violations of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, three counts of trafficking heroin, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of murder, 24 counts of aggravated assault.
Hoodrich, according to court documents, is sentenced to 15 years, but his plea will allow him to serve five years in prison and the remainder on probation.
