Arizona is under emergency after deadly flash floods killed four people and scattered hundreds of propane tanks across Globe, creating a major hazmat crisis.
Three victims were found in Globe… two inside a vehicle and one swept away in floodwaters… while another was discovered in Scottsdale after their car was submerged.
The National Weather Service reported Phoenix saw its wettest day in nearly seven years, flooding streets and downtown areas. In Globe, a propane distributor was hit, sending 1,000 tanks floating across town, though none exploded.
Officials declared a state of emergency, warning residents to avoid floodwaters as search and rescue teams continue looking for the missing.
