Anonymous Diner Leaves Waitress A $16,000 Tip On A $37.93 Bill

One waitress got the biggest blessing any waiter or waitress could ever imagine. One day while working her normal shift, Michelle McCudden had a customer whose order totaled $37.93. He ordered a beer, a few chili dogs, pickle chips, and a Patron (tequila) drink, then asked for the check.

When the gentlemen got the check, he said, “Don’t spend it all in one place.” Not thinking much about it, Michelle didn’t look at the check right away, but when the diner joked about it again, she went over and looked at the amount.

She said, “Oh my God, are you kidding me? No, no, that’s crazy,” and he said, “no, I want you to have this.” then left. Michelle commented that she’s been doing this for a very long time and never has anything happen like this to her.

The owner of the Bar said that the tip was divided among everyone who was working that day. But, considering that COVID has hit everyone super hard, Michelle had no problem sharing her tip with those in need too.
