In a recent livestream, popular podcaster and internet personality Akademiks shared an intriguing incident from his trip to London, suggesting that music mogul Diddy might have attempted to set him up. Akademiks, known for his candid commentary, recounted a peculiar invitation from Diddy, drawing parallels to the infamous events surrounding 2Pac’s murder.
During the livestream, Akademiks explained that he received a direct invitation from Puff Daddy to join him for a night out in London. However, he couldn’t shake off the feeling that the invitation was laced with suspicion.
“I think Diddy tried to line me on some 2Pac shit,” Akademiks remarked, alluding to longstanding rumors about Diddy’s alleged involvement in 2Pac’s 1996 murder. “This sh*t was crazy.”
Detailing the events, Akademiks shared that Diddy extended a personal invite for him to join the festivities. The directness of the invitation raised Akademiks’ suspicions, leading him to believe there might be more to the invitation than meets the eye.
As Akademiks explained on the livestream, “I heard about a back door, but this sounds like a front door type of thing. Like, yo, this is mad direct. ‘Tell playboy come party with me.’ Hold on now, hold on now, you get what I mean?”
Akademiks went on to express his concerns that the invitation might be a setup orchestrated by Diddy, potentially in collaboration with Saucy Santana and Yung Miami. He envisioned scenarios where he could be ambushed or faced with unexpected and uncomfortable situations.
The podcaster speculated, “What really gon’ happen is this: I’m gonna show up, and all of a sudden out of the Sprinter that Diddy is in, you want me to flex the little batty fish like Saucy Santana jumping out, just moving wacky on me. Like yo, just twerking in front of my face or some dumb sh*t like that. Like, come on bruv. Or, I’ma pull up thinking we bout to pop some Ciroc and DeLeon. I’m thinking, ‘This about to be sweet.’ All of a sudden, I’ma see that Yung Miami, that ratchet sh*t coming at me. Like yo, so know the situation.”
