Christian Liden has always dreamed of mining up a diamond for his future spouse’s engagement ring. Christian told CNN that he has been planning this since middle school, but he never thought it would come true.
Liden’s coworker told him about Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas. Christian decided to take up his coworker’s advice and decided to take the far away trip. The 2.20-carat gem is the largest that’s been found at the park since last October when someone found a 4.49-carat yellow diamond.
Christian is now looking for someone to turn his diamond into what he has always dreamed about for his fiancee Desirae.
